松套层绞式微型光缆的研究与开发
Development of Micro Cable with Multiple Loose Tube Structure

【摘要】 全介质松套层绞式微型光缆具有直径小、重量轻、分歧方便等优点, 提高了光纤密度,加大了管道的利用率。本文阐述了层绞式微型光缆的设计思路、工艺要点和气吹性能。松套层绞式微型光缆,有4单元、5单元、6单元三种结构, 最大直径不超过6.2mm,在10/8mm微管中可以一次吹送1千米以上。在减小松套管直径和光缆直径的情况下,微型光缆保持良好的机械性能及高低温性能,符合接入网的使用要求。
【Abstract】 Blown cable technology and micro duct needs further optimization with respect to miniaturization of cables. Having smaller dimensions, low weight, mid-span access capability and high fiber packing density, MLT micro cable allows maximum utilization of existing or future conduit systems with minimal initial investment. A new family of 2/72 fiber microduct cables of no more than 6. 2 mm outer diameter has been developed, providing 4/5/6 tubes in an SZ-stranded fully dielectric design, suitable for blowing distances of 1km in 10/8 mm microducts. Construction considerations and process as well as blowing performance are reported, which lead to an optimized balance between maximum fiber content, minimum dimensions, maximal robustness and a widened operating temperature range, and then satisfy the requirements of Access networks.
