【Abstract】 In this paper, a low pass digital filter based on the means of Constantinides is designed. Pairs of 1Q independence normal school random sequences are produced. If the high frequency of sequences are removed from normal school random sequences, Gauss correlation normal school random sequences are obtained. This means could be used simulating fluctuant background clutter. The method could be carried out easily and used to estimate background clutter of receiver correctly and effectively.更多还原
