基于PC平台的VoIP实现

【摘要】 本文提出了一种在PC平台上基于Visual C++的VoIP软件的设计方案,并给出了音频数据的传输、编解码、解压缩、实时传输的程序设计过程。
【Abstract】 The paper presents a designing method of VoIP based on PC platform, and introduces the designing progresses of the audio data transmission, encoding, compression and transformation on real-time with Visual C++ in details.
