高速列车车轴强度计算方法研究

【摘要】 高速列车的关键技术之一是轮对车轴强度的安全可靠。针对高速列车在国内开行而尚未制订高速车轴强度设计方法的现状,归纳分析了当前国内外的车轴强度设计及计算方法的思路,以适合高速列车车轴强度计算的日本、欧洲车轴强度计算规范,对中国高速动车组某动车轴强度进行计算和对比分析。并通过仿真计算对该动车轴的疲劳强度进行计算评估,该计算结果与按照规范计算的结果进行对比。计算结果表明:对于轮座部位日本车轴强度计算规范比所考虑载荷更加详尽的欧洲车轴强度计算规范所计算出来的安全系数保守,按照欧洲规范计算的结果比在偏于保守条件前提下的有限元仿真计算结果更为保守安全。

【Abstract】 Security and credibility of the strength of wheelset axle is one of the key technologies of high-speed train.Aimed at the new running of high-speed train at the same time that the high-speed axle strength design method hasn’ t been drawn out in China,the current axle strength design and calculation method thoughts at home and abroad are summed up and analyzed,then the strength of one powered axle of China EMU is calculated and the results are analyzed contrastively using Japanese axle strength standard and European axle strength standard which are suitable for high-speed train axle.At the same time,the powered axle’ s fatigue strength is evaluated through emulation calculation which calculation results are compared with the former calculation results by standard. Result indicates that the safe factor calculated according to Japanese axle strength calculation standard is more conservative than that calculated according to European axle strength calculation standard considering more exhaustive loads,and the safe factor calculated by standard is more conservative and safe than that calculated by finite element emulation which premise is strict condition.
