接触网的硬点检测

【摘要】 讨论了接触网硬点的危害以及造成硬点的原因。通过理论分析以及对大量测试数据的分析表明:接触网硬点的撞击加速度通常只有2个g左右,传统的用几十个g甚至上百个g来判断硬点的方法是不符合实际情况的。同时证明了采用接触压力来判定硬点更为合理有效。
【Abstract】 The measuring of the catenaries hard-particles is an important part of the test of pantograph and catenaries. This article discusses the damage of the catenaries hard- particles and the causes of them. Through theoretical analysis and analyzing a great of experiments data, it can be proved that the impact acceleration of the catenaries hard-particles are commonly about double g and the traditional methods do not agree with the facts and figures, which judges the catenaries hard-particles by dozens of g or over one hundred of g. At the same time we can get the conclusion that the judging methods by contact pressure are more reasonable and effective.
