电力机车用110V大功率高频开关电源电磁兼容性研究

【摘要】 针对新开发的全桥型电力机车用110V高频开关控制电源,进行电磁兼容性试验研究。从电源设计阶段开始分析其电磁兼容问题。由分析开关电源干扰耦合途径入手,建立起传导噪声水平预测性模型,进行系统仿真。利用滤波、屏蔽等方法和手段达到抑制电磁干扰的目的。结果表明,经技术手段处理后,新开发的高频开关电源具有很好的电磁兼容性。

【Abstract】 This article is about the EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) testing research on a newly developed full-bridge 110V high-frequency switching mode power supply for the electric locomotive as the control source and analyzes the EMI matter since the design. The author starts off the research with analyzing the way of interference coupling in switching mode power supply, consequently sets up the forecasting conducted EMI model to implement system simulation. Some measures, such as the filter and shielding, are utilized to achieve the EMI restraining. The result indicates that, after being deal with some technique, the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) of the newly developed high-frequency switching mode power supply is pretty well.
