米轨货车车体设计中的强度规范研究

【摘要】 本文针对我国目前没有米轨车辆设计规范的实际,首先分析了米轨线路及米轨车辆设计的现状,提出了修改米轨货车车体在强度设计时采用的准轨车辆车体强度设计的载荷工况,并基于米轨漏斗车车体将调整前后的载荷工况作了有限元对比分析。本文的研究,为制定米轨货车车体设计的强度规范及米轨货车车体的轻量化提供了参考内容。

【Abstract】 At present, there is no special intensity standard of meter gauge vehicle for design in our country. In this paper, the current situation of the meter gauge tracks and vehicles under design was analyzed firstly. Then the loads were proposed revising in the intensity design of the meter gauge freight carbody, which adopted the loads of the intensity standard in the design of standard gauge vehicle carbody, As an example, this paper utilized ANSYS software to set up the finite element model of the meter gauge gondola carbody. The strength and stiffness of the carbody was calculated and compared before and after revising loads. The work of this paper provides the reference contents for making the intensity standard and carbody lightening of meter gauge freight carbody.
