机车车辆—轨道耦合动力学仿真分析系统及应用实践

【摘要】 随着我国铁路建设不断发展,机车车辆动力学性能的仿真计算已成为机车车辆研制与开发过程中极为重要的环节。本文介绍了机车车辆—轨道耦合动力学仿真系统及其在新型机车车辆研制中的最新应用情况。首先详细论述了该系统的基本原理及结构、系统的关键技术及其工程应用实践的技术路线和思想、系统的三维建模技术和可视化技术及其机车车辆和轨道基于变参数的三维动态视景环境、系统的功能。其次介绍了该仿真系统的试验验证情况,验证结果表明该系统具有较高的可靠性。接着介绍了轨道结构参数对机车车辆动力学性能及运行品质的影响规律、仿真分析结果及其与经典车辆动力学计算结果的比较情况,比较结果表明了开展机车车辆—轨道耦合动力学研究的必要性。文章最后介绍了该系统在一些新型机车车辆开发设计中的运用情况,包括在200km/h“天梭号”高速机车设计、170km/h SS7E型提速客运电力机车改进设计,以及120km/h提速货运电力机车研制中的应用实践,结果表明,机车车辆—轨道耦合动力学仿真系统在现代铁路机车车辆研制中具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the development of Chinese railways, it is important to study the dynamics of locomotives and rolling stocks during the process of their development and design. The simulation system of vehicle-track coupling dynamics and engineering applications in the modem design of new locomotives in Chinese railway are introduced in this paper. Firstly, the paper describes basic theory and structure of the simulation system, the key technical and the method how to be applied in engineering, technology of three dimensions and visualization and a visualization platform established on self-adaptive to the varying model parameters in the system, strong value in engineering application of this simulation system. Secondly, validation of calculation results is displayed briefly on the basis of recent experiments in China, and the comparison results show that it is good correlation between simulation and experiment. Thirdly, effect of parameters of railway structure on dynamics performance of locomotives and rolling stocks and comparison on the calculation results between coupling theory and traditional theory are discussed, the results show that it is necessary to carry on the research of coupling dynamics. At last, applications in the design of new locomotives are presented, including the 200 km/h electric locomotive "Tiansuo", the speed-raised locomotive SS7E for passenger transport, and the speed-raised locomotive for freight transport. Results show very good prospect of applications of the simulation system in modern railway vehicle design domain.
