低磨耗高速客车转向架径向机构参数研究

【摘要】 简要介绍了低磨耗高速客车径向转向架的结构,分析拉压杆式径向机构的结构特点,建立拉压杆式径向机构的动力学模型。利用SIMPACK仿真程序分析计算低磨耗高速客车径向转向架车辆的动力学性能,研究径向机构参数对车辆动力学性能的影响,优选径向机构参数,为低磨耗高速客车径向转向架的工程实用性提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The structure of low_wear bogie for high speed passenger car is introduced chiefly. The structure characteristics of pull-push rod steering mechanism is analysed and the dynamics model is established. The dynamics performance is analysed and calculated by using SIMPACK simulation program. The influence between pull-push rod steering mechanism parameters and dynamics performance is researched and the parameters are optimized. The results can supply the theoretical foundation for the engineering practicability of the low_wear bogie for high speed passenger car.
