苏云金杆菌伪劣制剂中化学农药的检出及评价

【摘要】 选用丙酮和水作为溶剂,建立了简便快速地从苏云金杆菌商品制剂中抽提化学农药,并通过比较抽提前后制剂的生物效价,从而确定苏云金杆菌中是否参入了化学农药,以达到对苏云金杆菌制剂进行质量评价的目的。该方法对于水溶性辛硫磷和脂溶性高效氯氰菊酯,提取率都在96.34~102.27%之间,SD 值和RSD值均小于3%,并且,在抽提过程中,苏云金杆菌制剂中的杀虫晶体蛋白损失率很小。模拟实验结果表明,经溶剂抽提可溶物后,苏云金杆菌悬浮剂的生物效价损失率大于80%和苏云金杆菌粉剂的生物效价损失率大于30%的样品可能掺入了某种化学农药,以此标准可以快速简便的鉴定苏云金杆菌商品制剂中是否存在化学农药,并对其质量做出相应的评价。
【Abstract】 In this paper a method, to identify that the preparations of Bacillus thuringiensis were intermingled chemical pesticides or not,was established by using acetone and water as extraction solvents and then bioassaying the samples and their extractions. The extraction ratio were ranged from 96.34% to 102.27% for water-solubility phoxim and liposolubility cypermethrin, and the SD value and RSD value were both less than 3%. At the same time, the ratio of ICPs loss was very low. The results of simulation experiment confirmed that if the bioassay loss ratio of suspension concentrate was more than 80% after extracted by acetone and water, or of wettable powder more than 30%, they might be intermingled chemical pesticides. According to the rule, it was possible to identify if the commercial preparation of Bacillus thuringiensis were intermingled chemical pesticides.
