苏云金杆菌与其它芽孢杆菌在土壤中消长动态关系的研究

【摘要】 选用具有天然标记的产核黄素的苏云金杆菌CH 菌株作为供试菌株,在室内模拟条件下对苏云金杆菌在土壤中与钾细菌、磷细菌及土壤中固有芽孢杆菌之间消长动态的关系进行了初步研究。通过比较自然土壤中芽孢杆菌菌数的变化,明确了Bt 与土壤中固有的芽孢杆菌之间不存在拮抗关系。在自然土壤中,供试苏云金杆菌与钾细菌或磷细菌混合添加处理与分别添加处理土样中菌数的消长变化趋势几乎完全相同,由此可以说明,它们之间也不存在拮抗关系。在没有其他生物因子影响的灭菌土壤中,供试苏云金杆菌与钾细菌、磷细菌之间表现出一定程度上的生存竞争关系。
【Abstract】 The relationship of dynamics between Bacillus thuringiensis strain CH which can produce VB2 and B. mucilaginocus, B. megaterium and other indigenous Bacillus in soil were studied. The study were carried out in simulant nature condition. By comparing the quantitative change of Bacillus between natural soil with and without B.thuringiensis, it could be concluded that there is no antagonistic relationship between B.thuringiensis and the indigenous Bacillus in soil. In natural soil, the addition of mixture of the tested B.thuringienssi with B. mucilaginocus or with B. megaterium, the change trend of the tested Bacillus number is almost the same as when added them respectively. It could be seen that no antagonistic relationship between them. In sterilized soil that not affected by other biological factors, the relation of survival competition between the tested B. thuringiensis and the B. mucilaginocus, B. megaterium to some extent was showed.
