ICP—AES 法分析测定多种鱼肉中有害元素的研究

【摘要】 采用湿法消解处理鱼肉样品,用 ICP—AES 法测定12种鱼肉中的有害元素镉、砷、铅、汞。对 ICP 仪器操作参数射频发生器 RF 功率、雾化压力、试液提升量进行了优化选择, 并对镉、砷、铅、汞元素在特定波长下光谱进行了干扰研究,建立 IECs 模型校正系数。结果表明:对这些电离电位能较高的元素适当增加射频发生器 RF 功率和降低雾化器压力,可提高各元素信背比,降低检出限。铬、铜、砷、锡、钠元素对所测元素产生光谱干扰,As 元素在189.042nm、Pb 元素在220.353nm、Cd 元素在228.802nm、Hg 元素184.950nm 处主要谱线干扰分别是:Cr、Cu、As、Sn、Na 元素。淡水鱼肉类主要污染源为铅元素,海水鱼来中主要污染源为砷元素。
【Abstract】 The researching fish tissues,were wet decomposed and the harmful elements of Cd、As、Pb、Hg were determined by ICP-AES in this paper.The techniques in operating ICP instrument were optimized.and studied spectral interference for elements in especially wavelength,the correction factor of IECs model was established.The results indicated that it may improve signalnoise ratio and detecting limit for elements in higher ionization potential energy with increasing radio generator power properly and reducing nebulizer pressure, there was spectral interference Cr、Cu、As、Sn、Na elements to determined elements,The primary contaminated element in tissues of freshwater fish and seawater fish were Pb and As respectively.
