【Abstract】 The basic theorem and characteristics of the infrared radiation are introduced.The application and development of infrared radiation on some of agricultural products and byproducts for heating and drying is surveyed by citing a lot of examples.The application of infrared radiation technology on sterilizing is also introduced.更多还原
