RP-HPLC测定甘蔗酚酸含量
Determination of phenolic acids in sugarcane by RP-HPLC

【摘要】 建立了利用反相高效液相色谱同时测定甘蔗中10种酚酸的检测方法。采用 XTerra RP18色谱柱(6mm×150mm ID,5.0μm),以乙睛:水(含2%冰醋酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml/min,28℃柱温,紫外检测器检测波长280nm。10种酚酸的回收率均在 85.45%~109.41%之间,相对标准偏差均低于4%。
【Abstract】 An analytical method of 10 phenolic acids in sugarcane was established by PR-HPLC. Chromatographic separation was performed by XTerra RP18 column(6mm×150 mm ID,5.0 μm)using the mobile phase gradient elution program.The eluant was Acetonitrile/H2O(2% HAC) with a flow rate 1.0ml/min at 28℃,the ultraviolet detection wavelength was 280 nm.The recovery rate was in the range of 85.45%~109.41%,and the RSD was less than 4% for 10 phenolic acids.
