【Abstract】 This paper reported hapten synthesis and identification of the organophosphate pesticide triazophos.Thiophosphoryl chloride and phenylzole alcohol and 6-aminocaproic acid were employed as the main reactants to synthesize the triazophos hapten 6-(ethoxy (1-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yloxy )phospho- rothioy-lamino)hexanoic acid,the product were confirmed by MS and 1H-NMR.The result showed that the hapten synthesis strategies and condition is suitable and will be contributed to antibody preparation.更多还原
