响应面分析法优化桑叶多糖提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 利用响应面分析法(RSM)优化桑叶多糖的提取工艺。采用单因素实验选取实验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)实验设计原理采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法。在分析各因素显著性及其交互作用基础上,得出桑叶多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度 77℃,料液比1:17,提取时间85min,提取2次,实际测得的得率为4.67%,与模型预测值基本相符。

【Abstract】 in this paper,the conditions of extracting Morus polysaccharides were optimized based on response surface model(RSM).Experimental factors and their levels were determined by one-factor tests.Subsequently,the Box-Benhnken experimental design with 4 factors and 3 levels was performed,and the factors influencing the technological parameters were estimated by quadratic regression analysis with interaction terms.Response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value.The results showed that the optimal conditions of Opuntia polysaccharides extration were obtained as following:the ratio of 1:17,extraction temperature of 80℃,extraction time 85rain,and that extraction rate could be up to 4.67% with two-time extraction.
