【摘要】 本研究建立了一种准确、高效的溶菌酶产生菌的筛选方法。采用双层平板透明圈法初筛,发酵液透明圈法一级复筛,测定酶活力法二级复筛,验证抑菌物质三级复筛的方法, 对全国各地采集156个土壤样品进行筛选,最终确定一株高产溶菌酶的菌株,编号为 S2-6b。说明通过该方法可以获得产生溶菌酶的菌株。为微生物溶菌酶的进一步研究提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Screening of high-yielding lysozyme strains,Primary screen brings into effect by the double layer plates,method of the second screening has three standards,lyric zone,enzyme activity and identifying the ferment product,respectively,then obtained a bacteria named S2-6b from 156 soil samples,it included that we can find the high-yielding lysozyme strains by the optimal method.更多还原
