乙烯抑制剂对番茄乙烯受体基因反义表达株系的器官衰老脱落特性的影响研究

【摘要】 以乙烯受体基因 LeETR1和 LeETR2的转反义基因株系 ale1和 ale2为材料,研究乙烯抑制剂 AVG 和 CoCl2处理对这两个受体反义基因表达株系的器官衰老脱落特性的影响.结果表明,经过 AVG 和 CoCl2处理后,各个株系的器官衰老脱落都显著延迟,转基因株系与对照株系差异显著。这提示番茄乙烯受体 LeETR1和 LeETR2在调控器官脱落上既有功能冗余,又存在功能叠加现象,两者所起作用的程度不等.
【Abstract】 In order to observe the characteristic of the organ senescence and abscission of three antisense transgenic lines of tomatoes by the effect of ethylene inhibitors.The results showed after deal with AVG and CoCl2,the organ senescence of the transgenic lines and control line delayed obviously both in the control group and the deal group,and there was significant difference between the transgenic lines and the control line B1,which indicates that LeETR1 and LeETR2 play an important role in negative regulating organ senescence and abscission,they have functionally redundancy and functional fold,but have different effect degree.
