黑曲霉Uγ-2菊粉酶发酵条件的研究

【摘要】 研究了在10 L 发酵罐上、不同发酵条件下采用黑曲霉 Uγ-2(Aspergillus niger Uγ-2) 生产菊粉酶的过程,并优化了发酵条件,即:在30℃温度下,搅拌转速300 r/min,孢子接种量104个/mL,通气量400 L/h,产酶活力达到173.4 U/mL,为工业化生产该酶奠定了理论基础。
【Abstract】 The yielding process of inulinase from the Aspergillus niger Uγ-2 under different fermenting conditions in the 10 L fermentation cylinder were studied in this paper.The fermenting condition was optimized as the follows:under the temperature of 30℃,stirring rotating speed was 300 r/min,the inoculating amount of spore was 104/mL,the ventilation amount was 400 L/h,and the inulinase activity was reached to 173.4 U/mL,thus the theoretical foundation was laid for its industrialized production.
