【摘要】 目的：研究金丝小枣糖浆对动物机体免疫功能的影响。方法：48只雌性昆明种小鼠,按体重随机分为4组,一个溶剂对照组(蒸馏水)和三个金丝小枣糖浆糖浆剂量组(1．25、 2．50、5．00ml/kgBW),每组12只。各组动物均每天定时灌胃(采用等体积灌胃法、0．2 ml/10g．BW),连续28天。选择淋巴器官相对重量、脾脏抗体生成细胞数、半数溶血值(HC50)、脾淋巴细胞转化试验、迟发型变态反应试验、碳粒廓清试验试验等免疫学指标和方法,试图从体液免疫、细胞免疫和巨噬细胞吞噬功能等不同角度全面观察金丝小枣糖浆对动物机体的免疫功能是否存在调节作用。结果：2．50、5．00ml/kgBW 的金丝小枣糖浆对小鼠的足跖肿胀度、脾脏抗体生成细胞数明显增加,三个剂量组的 HC50均表现明显增加,中剂量组小鼠的碳粒廓清指数和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数均较对照组明显提高。结论：金丝小枣糖浆在一定剂量范围内能提高正常昆明种小鼠的休液免疫和细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of the study is to search the effects on immunocompetence of Gold Thread Syrup in Kunming Mouse.Forty-eight mice were randomly divided into four groups.The mice in three dose groups were supplied with different dosage of Gold Thread Syrup(1.25,2.50, 5.00ml/kgBW)by intragastric administration daily for 28 days.The mice in control group were given pure water.The assay on relative weigh of lymph organ,plaque forming cell(PFC)of spleen,content of serum hemolysin,Splenic lymphocyte proliferation,delayed hypersensitivity and carbon clear test were carried out.The results showed that the thickness of footput and the number of PFC of spleen were all increased at the dosage between 2.5 to 5.0mg/kgBW,HC50 were significantly higher in all dose groups than those in the control group(P＜0.05), macrophagocye index and peritoneal macrophagocye index were higher in medium dosage than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The results suggested that Gold Thread Syrup could irnproved humoral mediated immunity and cellular mediated immunity in mice.更多还原
