【摘要】 以鹿角盘为原料,经过酶水解提纯鹿角盘蛋白多肽(CPP),并对影响酶水解过程的各个因素进行了分析。通过 Folin 酚法和水合茚三酮法对鹿角盘多肤进行鉴定,SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定鹿角盘蛋白多肽的分子质量分布在8～15KD。活性试验结果表明, 鹿角盘蛋白多肽具有明显增加小鼠吞噬功能及抗大鼠乳腺增生的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of extracting and purificating the polypeptide from coronet with enzymes was presented.The factors of influence processes of hydrolysis were investigated.Detecting coronet polypeptide by Folin method and ninhydrin.And the molecular weight of coronet polypeptide was determined to 8～15KD by SDS—PAGE method.The results suggested that active coronet polypeptide markedly increase macrophage phagocytosis of mice and inhibit mastoplasia of rats.更多还原
