【摘要】 为开发一种降血压新药,向已麻醉的自发性高血压大鼠静脉注射沙蜇刺胞素200 μg/kg,通过颈动脉插管测定并描记大鼠的血压和心率变化。结果表明：静脉注射一定剂量的沙蜇刺胞素可以使 SHR 血压和心率在短时间内明显下降,血压从原来基础值(230．5±16．4) 下降到(100．1±22．9 mmHg),心率从(485．1±12．3)下降到(253．4±42．3 BPM)。沙蜇刺胞素具有强大的降血压和降心率作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)were injected intravenous injection(iv) with 200 μg/kg of Stomolophus meleagris cnidophorin,investigated the changes of blood pressure and heart rate by carotid duct.From preliminary experiment it was showed that Stomolophus meleagris cnidophorin produced a significant decrease in BP and HR,BP from 230.5±16.4 to 100.1±22.9 mmHg,and HR from 485.1±12.3 to 253.4±42.3 BPM.The experimental results showed that Stomolophus meleagris cnidophorin plays an important role in reducing blood pressure and heart rate.It is indicated that the Stomlophus meleagris cnidophorin can be developed into new medicine in reducing BP.更多还原
