甘薯铁、锌、钙和硒有益矿物成分含量分析

【摘要】 为明确品种和产地对甘薯铁、锌、钙和硒元素含量的影响,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)对我国21个甘薯品种(系)5个产地样品进行了分析。结果表明, 甘薯铁、锌、钙和硒含量的变幅分别为1.97~167.86 mg/kg、11.68~245.40mg/kg、37.63~1925.6 mg/kg 和0.01-0.51 mg/kg(干基),平均含量分别为38.97±24.99mg/kg、49.02±37.84mg/kg、 889.70±393.22mg/kg 和0.15±0.11mg/kg(干基)。甘薯这四种有益矿物成分含量品种和产地间均存在显著差异。高干与中、低干品种锌、钙和硒含量有显著差异。不同干率品种铁、锌、钙和硒含量存在显著产地差异。

【Abstract】 The Fe,Zn,Ca and Se contents of sweetpotato(Ipomoea batatas Lam.) storage roots in 21 genotypes grown in five locations were determined by ICP-OES(The IRIS/AP Optical Emission Spectrometer).The results showed that the ranges of Fe,Zn,Ca and Se contents in sweetpotato storage roots were 1.97~167.86 mg/kg、11.68~245.40 mg/kg、37.63~1925.6 mg/kg and 0.01~0.51 mg/kg,the average of these four mineral elements were 38.97±24.99mg/kg、 49.02±37.84mg/kg、889.70±393.22mg/kg and 0.15±0.11mg/kg.Significant influences of genotypes and growing environments on these four mineral element contents of sweetpotato were found.Based on the dry matter content classification,there is marked difference in the zinc and calcium contents among genotypes with different dry matter contents;The influence of growing locations on contents of Zn,Ca and Se in sweetpotato is significant,with Fe content excepted.
