【摘要】 探讨松籽油对喂食高脂饲料小鼠脂质过氧化的影响。分别以高脂饲料(20%猪油和80%基础饲料 HF)及高脂饲料加松籽油(20%松籽油和80%高脂饲料 SHF)饲喂小鼠,记录体重调整饲喂量, 于45d 和90d 取脑和肝脏制成相应浓度的组织匀浆液测定丙二醛(MDA)、脂褐质(LP)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平。结果显示,与基础组比,摄食高脂饲料的小鼠,脑组织和肝脏组织的 CAT、总 SOD 活性和 GSH-PX 含量均显著降低(P＜0．05, P＜0．01),MDA 和 LP 含量显著升高(P＜0．05,P＜0．01),提示高脂饲料可促进小鼠脑和肝脏组织脂质过氧化。松籽油组与基础组比,小鼠脑组织的 CAT、总 SOD 活性和 GSH-PX 含量显著降低(P＜0．05, P＜0．01),肝组织 CAT 活性和 GSH-PX 含量显著升高(P＜0．05,P＜0．01),MDA 含量变化不显著,LP 含量显著升高(P＜0．05,P＜0．01)；但与高脂组相比,小鼠脑和肝脏组织的 CAT、总 SOD 活性和 GSH-PX 含量显著升高(P＜0．05,P＜0．01),MDA 含量显著降低(P＜0．05),提示松籽油可降低因高脂饲料引起的小鼠脂质过氧化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inquiry into the influence of the pine-seed oil upon Lipid peroxidation of mice which are feeded on high fat feedstuff.Respectively feed the mice by high fat feedstuff(80% added 20% lard HF) and added pine-seed oil feedstuff(80% high fat feedstuff added 20% pine-seed oil SHF),record weight to adjust the quantity of feeding,in 45 days and 90 days,takes the brain and liver to make the tissue homogenate and measures MDA,LP,CAT,SOD and GSH-PX level.The result show,HF compared with NC,the brain and liver of mice,the content of CAT,T-SOD,GSH-PX remarkablely lower(P＜0.05, P＜0.01),MDA and LP remarkablely higher(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),suggested that the HF can promote the lipid peroxidation on brain and liver of mice.SHF compared with NC,the brain of mice,the content of CAT,T-SOD,GSH-PX remarkablely lower(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);the liver of mice,CAT and GSH-PX remarkablely higher(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),the content variety of MDA doesn’t show remarkable,the content of LP remarkablely higher;but SHF compared with HF,the brain and liver of mice,the content of CAT,T-SOD vitality and GSH-PX remarkablely higher(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),MDA remarkablely lower (P＜0.05).These results suggested that pine-seed oil can reduce the lipid peroxidation of mice which are caused by HF.更多还原
