【摘要】 鹿蹄草素对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。本文对鹿蹄草素作用于金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)进行了测定,并对以上两种浓度作用下菌的形态进行了扫描电镜观察。结果表明：鹿蹄草素对金黄色葡萄球菌的 MIC 是0．16mg/ml,MBC 是0．2mg/ml；通过扫描电镜观察发现,鹿蹄草素作用下菌体细胞粘结成团块状,细胞与细胞间的界限变模糊,细胞壁呈溶解状；菌体细胞结构被明显破坏,提示抑菌性与细胞膜和细胞壁结构变化直接相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper determinated MIC and MBC of Pyrolin against S.aureus and observed the structure of S.aureus after treatment with Pyrolin at MIC and MBC by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that MIC is 0.16mg/ml and MBC is 0.2mg/ml;the structure of cellular is broke,that antimicrobial action of pyrolin against Staphylococcus aureus have important something to do with the change of structure of the cell wall and the cell membrane.更多还原
