鸡蛋中聚醚类抗生素残留检验方法研究

【摘要】 建立了柱后衍生高效液相色谱法同时检测鸡蛋中莫能菌素和盐霉素残留量的方法。采用 ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,i.d,5μm)色谱柱,选择甲醇/5%冰乙酸(体积比90:10)为流动相,紫外检测波长为520nm。莫能菌素和盐霉素在柱后分离后与衍生试剂1(硫酸)和衍生试剂2(香草醛)在不同的反应器中先后分别发生反应。在鸡蛋中添加莫能菌素和盐霉素的量分别为 0.1/0.2μg/g、0.2/0.5μg、0.5/1.0μg/g 时,莫能菌素的回收率为84.9%~92.1%,RSD 为1.56%~2.17%;盐霉素的回收率为80.8%~91.4%,RSD 为1.66%~3.47%。该方法灵敏、准确,适合于鸡蛋中微量莫能菌素和盐霉素残留量的测定。
【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method with post-column derivatisation was established for simultaneous determination of monensin and salinomycin in egg.A ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, i.d,5μm)column,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol 5% acetic acid(volume ratio 90:10)was used in it.The UV detection wavelength was 520 nm.The post-column reactions of the polyether antibiotics with sulfuric acid and vanillin were carried out in different reactors.The recoveries of monensin and salinomycin were 84.9%~92.1% with RSD 1.56%~2.17% and 80.8%~91.4% with RSD 1.66%~3.47%,respectively.The method was sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of residual monensin and salinomycin in egg.
