【摘要】 为了探讨乙烯利对人体健康的影响,选用溶血空斑试验、血清溶血素检测试验、迟发型变态反应试验和碳粒廓清试验,分别从体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异性免疫功能等不同角度研究了乙烯利对小鼠的免疫毒性。结果表明,0．462ml/kgbw 剂量组和0．924ml/kgbw 剂量组的小鼠胸腺和脾脏相对质量、巨噬细胞吞噬指数、足跖肿胀程度、溶血空斑对数值以及半数溶血值均显著低于对照组 (P＜0．05,P＜0．01)。结果提示,乙烯利对小鼠的免疫功能具有一定的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of the study is to investigate the effects ofethephon on immunity in mice.The assay on plaque forming cell(PFC)of spleen,content of serum hemolysin,delayed hypersensitivity and macrophage function were carried out.The aim is to study the toxicities on humeral immunity,cell immunity and non-special immunity of ethephon.The results showed that the relative weights of spleen and thymus,the macrophagocye index,the thickness of footput,the numbers of plaque forming cell and the serum HC50,in 0.462ml/kgbw and 0.924ml/kgbw dosage level,were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01 ).The results suggested that there are notable inhibitive effects of ethephon on immunity in mice.更多还原
