【Abstract】 Based on extensive literatures and our own researches,this paper was focused on the national advances of research work in formaldehyde content,its derivation,existent form and the limited standard content for safety in the aquatic products.The limited content of formaldehyde,it’s forming mechanism and the inspection method was expounded.Several suggestions on future development in this field was also given.更多还原
