【摘要】 大坝的建设改变了河流的连续性特征,水库的运行改变了河流原有的水文情势,带来了河流生态环境的变化。本文在分析大坝建设对库区及河流下游带来的生态环境影响的基础上,讨论了现行水库调度存在的问题,提出水库生态调度的概念及主要内容,指出实行水库生态调度是减轻大坝对生态环境所产生的负面影响的重要措施之一,是建设环境友好型大坝的重要条件,也是今后水库调度中所需要深入研究的关键问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological environment problem of river has become because of the construction of big dam changed the continuous characteristics of the reservoir and the operation of the reservoir changed the o- riginal hydrological situation.Based on analyzing the ecological environment influences of reservoir and the downstream by building dam,the paper discusses current reservoir operation problems,presents the concept and main contents of the reservoir ecosystem operation,points out that ecological operation of reservoir is one of important measure of alleviating the negative effects to ecological environment, and is an important condition of constructing a Environmental Friendly dam,is also a key problem need deep research.更多还原
