90-280 Hz EEG oscillations and its power spectrum characteristics induced by acute tetanization of the right caudate putamen of rat in vivo

【摘要】 <正>The purpose of our present work was to study the modulatory effept of acute repetitive tetanization of the right caudate putamen nucleus (ATRC) on rat neocortical oscillations underlying hippocampal cellular mechanisms in vivo. Experiments were performed on 26 male SD rats weighing 150-250g. Electric stimulation (60Hz, 2s. 0.4-0.6mA) was delivered into the right caudate putamen (CPu) to establish epilepsy model.
