5-HT1A receptor agonist excites cardiac vagal preganglionic neurons in the nucleus ambiguus via inhibition of both the GABAergic and the glycinergic inputs

【摘要】 <正>5-hydroxytryptaminelA (5-HT1A) receptors are known to be involved in the reflex parasympathetic control of the heart. However the synaptic mechanism at the level of cardiac vagal preganglionic neurons (CVPNs) is not clear. In the present study, CVPNs were retrogradely labeled and identified in brainstem slices of newborn rats by the presence of fluorescence marker and their activity was measured using whole-cell voltage patch-clamp method. We have demonstrated that while 8-OH-DPAT, a selective agonist of 5-HT1A receptors, had no effect on the GABAergic and the glycinergic miniature inhibitory更多还原
