【Abstract】 Stylosanthes guianensis seeds were treated by ultrasonic wave at different time. The biological effect of ultrasonic wave was studied preliminarily. The result showed that the germinative energy, germinative percentage, vitality index, radicle length of the seeds, and the height of seedlings were all raised when the time of treatment was proper.
