区域雷灾分布特征分析以及易损度区域划分研究

【摘要】 根据江苏省近9年来的雷电灾害资料、45年的雷暴日资料以及近4年的地闪资料,首先以江苏省的自然环境、人文环境、气候环境为背景,分析了江苏省13个地级市的雷电灾害分布特征,指出江苏省雷电灾害多发生在6到8月,雷电灾害主要是物理损坏和电气与电子系统失效,其中无锡和苏州最为典型;然后从江苏省各地级市的资料中提取了7个雷灾易损性评价指标,用SAS软件中主成份分析的方法对各地级市的雷灾易损性评价指标进行了综合评估,结果表明,区域雷灾易损性不仅取决于区域自然条件对雷电磁场环境变化的敏感性,而且还取决于区域社会体系对雷电灾害的承受能力;最后,用聚类分析法生成了江苏省的雷灾易损度区域划分图,为区域防雷减灾规划提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 According to nearly 9 years’ Lightning disaster information 、 45 years’ thunderstorm-day information and 4 years’ flash information in Jiangsu province, first the article analysis the distribution of lightning disaster in 13 cities with the background of natural environment, human environment and human environment in Jiangsu province, and point out that lightning disaster mainly occurs in June to August and the disaster is mainly the physical damage and the electricity and electronic system expires, in which Wuxi and Suzhou are most typical. Then 7 vulnerability evaluations are extracted and calculated from the information to do some comprehensive assessment using the method of principal component analysis of SAS software. The result indicates that the regional thunder disaster vulnerability is not only decided by the sensitivity of region natural condition to the lightning magnetic field environmental variation and moreover is also decided by the bearing capacity of regional social system to the lightning disaster. As a result, vulnerability zoning of lightning disaster in Jiangsu province is formed using the method of cluster analysis to provide a scientific basis for regional lightning protection and disaster reduction.
