宁夏对流云新一代天气雷达资料防雹增雨指标分析

【摘要】 为了进一步了解中国西北干旱区强对流过程机制,提高短时、临近灾害性天气预报和服务能力,更好地确定指挥人工火箭防雹(增雨)的最佳方案,利用银川、固原新一代天气雷达(CINRAD/CD)2004~2006年5~9月观测资料,结合天气形势和降水实况,分析了不同天气系统影响下宁夏川、山区对流云回波顶高、强度、垂直累积液态水含量等参数特征及演变规律。统计分析表明:宁夏在低涡和低槽天气形势下较易出现对流云;对流云回波主要出现在5~9月,出现频率最高的时段在11:00~20:00。当回波高度达到5~8km强度达到35~45dBz、回波面积达到10~20㎞2时,适宜进行火箭人工增雨。若回波顶高在5min内明显上升1~2km以上,表明云体从雷雨云向冰雹云发展的跃增阶段,应做好火箭人工防雹作业准备。
【Abstract】 Based on the CINRAD/CD Doppler radar data in Yinchuan and Guyuan during May and September from 2004 to 2006, and the synoptic characteristic as well as precipitation, we analyzed the, velocity of convective clouds and its content of liquid water in different weather pattern in Ningxia. The results are as follows: (1) The occurrence of convective clouds is likely under the low vortex and the low trough. (2) The echo of convective clouds appears mainly during June and August, the occurring period concentrate in 11:00~20:00. (3) When the height of echo wave reaches 5~8km and the intensity reaches 30~40dBz, Rocket Artificial Precipitation Effect should be carried out; When the height of echo wave reaches 8~10km and the intensity reaches45dBZ, Rocket Hail Suppression Effect should be performed. (4) In the Ningxia irrigation area, the average height of hail’s echo wave is 10.8km and the average intensity is 54.5 dBz, In the Ningxia mountainous area, the average height is 10.0km and the average intensity is 52 dBz.
