【Abstract】 After "5.12" Wenchuan major earthquake, the disaster areas of food hygiene and safety are focus of all levels of government and social . Based on analysis to the food hygiene problems ,we propose some countermeasures and suggestions, for example just improving and strengthening the guide, scene-speed measurement, awareness training, building networks to prevent mass food poisoning and food-borne diseases.更多还原
