河北省温度、降水变化对农业的影响分析
Studies on change of air temperaturea and precipitation in the Hebei region

【摘要】 本文利用京、津、冀区域内建站至2000年70个气象观测站点系统的气象观测资料,以温度和降水作为主要因子,重点分析了河北省平均温度、降水量的时空分布、年际和年代际变化。结果表明,随着全球气候变暖,导致了河北省90年代的温度升高了0.8—1.2°C,平均每10a升高0.4°C;年降水量减少了87mm,平均每10a减少21mm。使冬小麦各生育期均有所提前,冬小麦种植北界到90年代延伸到了北纬41°以北,和50年代相比向北推移了30-50公里。
【Abstract】 Based on the available observation data from 70 meteorological stations in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region,recorded from the very beginning of the observation to 2000 , and from the two lines of the key meteorological factors-temperature and precipitation,the essay focuses on the change of the characteristics of average temperature and the spatio-temporal distribution of the precipitation and the annual and decade quantity changes. It shows that in 90′s,in Hebei region,the temperature increase 0.8-1.2℃,averagely increase 0.4℃ per decade, yearly precipitations decrease eighty-seven millimeter,averagely decrease twenty-one millimeter per decade because the global temperature calefied. The winter wheat grow period is ahead of time.The winter wheat growing ambit extend to over 41°N from the last 90′s,about 30-50Km northward comparing in the last 50′s.
