渭河流域“03.8”和“05.10”洪灾期间体积降水量研究

【摘要】 针对2003年8~10月和2005年9~10月期间渭河流域洪涝灾害,提出了过程体积降水量的概念及其计算方法,在计算出洛河、泾河、渭河流域上游、渭河流域下游及渭河流域总体积降水量的基础上,将体积降水量与临潼、华县水文站的水位和流量进行了对比分析研究。结果表明:水位对体积降水量有较好的即时响应,流量对体积降水量有较好的延迟响应。本研究为渭河流域防汛抗洪减灾救灾工作提供重要的科学决策支持。

【Abstract】 Aim at the flood and waterlog in Weihe river valley during August to October in 2003 and September to October in 2005, the concept of Volumetric Precipitation and it’s calculational methods was put forward, based at the calculational Volumetric Precipitation for Luohe and Jinghe and Weihe river valley upriver and downriver, studied the relation between the Volumetric Precipitation and the water level and river flux .the studies indicated that the water level had the better timely respond to Volumetric Precipitation. the river flux had the better lingering respond to Volumetric Precipitation.. the studies in order to offer important and scientific decision-making gist for weihe river valley flood control and fight against Flood and rescue disaster area.
