杨梅光合作用研究

【摘要】 采用 LI—6400光合作用仪测定了杨梅成熟期(6月下旬)叶片的净光合速率(Pn)日变化,并分析了 Pn 与气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等植物生理参数以及光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶片温度(T1)、二氧化碳浓度(Ci) 等生态因子的相关关系。结果表明,杨梅成熟期 Pn 日变化为双峰型曲线,存在"午休"现象;Pn 与 Gs 和 Tr 均有显著的二次曲线关系,与 PAR 有双曲线关系,与 T1有 S 型曲线关系,与 Ci 有二次曲线关系。杨梅的光合作用与生理生态因子的关系密切,可为探索杨梅生产力提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Daily changes of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Myrica rubra in maturing stage,as well as the relationships between net photosynthetic rate and related physiological ecological factors including stomatic conductance to H2O(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),photosynthetic available radiation(PAR),leaf temperature(T1) and CO2 concentration(Ci) were studied using LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System.The results showed that the daily changes of net photosynthetic rate presented a double apexes curve with a slightly "midday depression". There existed a conic curve relation between net photosynthetic rate of Myrica rubra and Gs,so did with Tr.A hyperbola curve relationship was found between Pn and PAR,S function relationship between Pn and T1,a conic curve relationship between Pn and Ci concentration.The closely relation between photosynthesis of Myrica rubra and physiological ecological factors provide a scientific bases to probe Myrica rubra productivity.
