玉米冠层光谱在农学参数上的应用研究

【摘要】 测定了玉米品种郑单958和浚单20的冠层光谱反射率和净光合速率,同时采集了相应的叶面积指数和地上鲜生物量.逐波段分析了 LAI、地上鲜生物量和光合速率与冠层光谱反射率、一阶导数光谱的相关关系;并通过逐步回归建立了回归方程。结果表明,LAI、群体光合速率与冠层光谱反射率相关性较高,而地上鲜生物量与冠层光谱反射率相关性均达不到显著水平;LAI、地上鲜生物量和光合速率与一阶微分光谱所建回归方程均优于原始冠层光谱,其中,光合速率与冠层光谱、一阶微分光谱的回归方程确定系数均达到极显著水平,具有潜在的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The canopy spectral reflectance and net photosynthetic rate in Maize and corresponding LAI and aboveground biomass were measured.ZhengDan 958 and XunDan 20 of Maize varieties were selected.Analyzing the correlationship of LAI,aboveground biomass and net photosynthetic rate and each wavelength value of the canopy spectral reflectance or derivative reflectance.Simultaneously establishing the regression equation by stepwise.The results showed the relationship between canopy spectral reflectance and LAI,group photosynthetic rate was better.However,reflectance in all wavelength have no relation to aboveground biomass.The regression coefficient of derivative reflectance of LAI,aboveground biomass and net photosynthetic rate were better than that of canopy spectral reflectance.In addition,the regression coefficient of derivative reflectance and canopy spectral reflectance of group photosynthetic rate achieved significance level of 0.01.This illustrating a good prospect of application.
