循环农业的发展战略和技术体系构建的对策思考

【摘要】 针对目前我国农业发展存在的问题,运用循环经济理念,分析我国发展循环农业的必要性和可行性,并结合社会主义新农村建设和我国可持续农业发展的要求,提出了我国循环农业发展的重点技术和实现循环农业的若干对策。
【Abstract】 Based on the problems in our country’s agriculture, the necessity and feasibility of developing circular agriculture was analysised with the idea of circular economy.Key tecnology and countermeasures of developing circular agriculture were advanced with the request of socialism new rural and sustainable agriculture.
