低磷胁迫下云南地方稻核心种质植株干重的地理生态研究
Ecogeographic Research of Relative Plant Dry Weight of Core Collection in Yunnan Rice Landrace Under Phosphorus Deficiency

【摘要】 土壤磷缺乏是稻作生产中的主要限制因子。在低磷胁迫(有效磷3.11 ppm)和正常磷(有效磷40ppm)的酸性红壤条件下以来自16个地州、5个稻区共526份云南地方稻核心种质的相对植株干重进行地理生态研究并用SPSS软件进行显著性检验,结果表明:(1)滇西北高寒粳稻区是云南籼稻核心种质磷高效基因源的集中区,稻作区间粳稻差异不显著;(2)怒江、丽江、德宏、文山、西双版纳、玉溪6个地州划为籼稻磷高效基因源比较富积的地区;(3)丽江、文山、楚雄3个地州划为粳稻磷高效基因源比较富积的地区;籼稻比粳稻更能耐低磷胁迫,水稻磷高效基因源的形成是与水稻遗传多样性、人工选择育种和士壤(尤其是红壤)生态环境息息相关的。
【Abstract】 Phosphorus (P) deficiency of soils was a major yield-limiting factor in rice production.The objective of this study was to research ecogeographic Variation for P-deficiency tolerance in rice through SPSS software, using 526 accessions core collection rice landrace from five rice regions and 16 prefectures in Yunnan Province. These cultivars were planted in P-deficient (effective P: 3.11 ppm) and P-sufficient (effective P: 40 ppm i.e. plus-P of P2O5 0.36g/4.5kg) under acid red soil condition, and determining their relative plant dry weight (relative plant dry weight up ground、relative plant dry weight under ground、relative total plant dry weight), The main results are as follows: (1)Northwest Yunnan cold highland japonica rice region was the most abundance of P-deficiency tolerance in core collection of indica in Yunnan,there was not difference, in Japonica among five ecological zones of rice landraces; (2)Nujiang、Lijiang、Dehong、Wenshan,Xishuangbana、Yuxi was the most abundance of P-deficiency tolerance in Indica of core collection in Yunnan; (3)Lijiang、Wenshan、Chuxiong was the most abundance of P-deficiency tolerance in Japonica of core collection in Yunnan; P-deficiency tolerance of Indica was more than that of Japonica,P -deficiency tolerance in rice was associated with both the genetic diversity center ,rice breeding and the acid red soils。
