三峡库区农业面源污染现状及其防治对策研究

【摘要】 三峡库区农业面源污染问越来越突出,库区土壤农灌水等农业生态环境污染加剧,导致部分农产品污染和农业可持续发展能力下降。工业“三废”的超标排放;化肥、农药的不合理使用,特别是一些高残留、高毒农药通过食物链和生物富集作用对农产品的污染;农业生产无害化、清洁化程度低;农业废弃物无害化、资源化程度低;农业模式选择不当;水土流失严重等是造成这一问题的重要因子。三峡库区农业面源污染的防治必须进行农业发展战略的调整,实现三个转变,一个减少:尽快建立库区农业面源污染预警监测网络系统;创建库区可持速高效生态农业模式:实现农业生产的标准化、清洁化、无害化;建立库区江岸生物隔离带和库区农业面源污染治理小流域示范区:并不断强化农业环保立法。

【Abstract】 the agriculture NPS pollution of Three Gorges Area is getting more and more serious, The agricultural ecological extamination to soil and agricultural water of Three Gorges Area is becoming more serious. Cause a part of agricultural product pollution and Reducing keeping on the development to agriculture abillity. Which is caused by the improper application of fertilizer and pesticide, Industry " three discard" of the exceed mark line up to put. Expecially, agricultural products’ pollution to some high Restricted and poisonous pesticides. Get three good changes and one reducing. The low degree offree -contamination and cleanness of agriculture produce, the incorrect agricultural models and the graveness of soil erosion. In order to control the pollution, strategy of agriculture development the agriculture NPS pollution must be adjusted, which include establishing the prevenient warning monitor net system as quickly as possible, founding sustainable-development ecological agricultural models, bringing agriculture produce into standardization, cleanness and free-contaminate, as well as continuing to strength legislation of agricultural environment protection.
