钾素水平对甜瓜光合速率日变化的影响
Effect of Potassium Levels on the Changes of the Photosynthetic Rate in Muskmelon Leaves

【摘要】 在田间栽培条件下,利用CIRAS-17型便携式光合测定系统研究不同钾素水平的施肥量(复合肥)对甜瓜光合特性的影响。结果表明:适量增施钾素能提高甜瓜叶片的含水量、含钾量及可溶性蛋白含量,并相应提高蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)值,降低细胞间隙中CO2浓度(Ci)值,提高其光合效率。净光合速率(Pn)对光响应曲线表明:光饱和点和补偿点分别为1100mol/(m2·s)和37.8 mol/(m2·s),表现量子效率为0.0114。在本试验范围内,田间最适施钾量(K2O)为216kg/hm2。
【Abstract】 Under the field condition, diurnal variations of the photosynthetic characteristics was measured and studied on various amounts of potassium (mixed fertilizers) applied at Muskmelon by portable photosynthesis systems CIRAS-17.The results indicated: improved suit potassium that it can increased water content, potassium content, soluble protein content in Muskmelon leaf, and increased transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) , decreased intracellular concentration of CO2 (Ci), increased it’s net photosynthetic rate (Pn). The response curve of Pn to light intensity (PFD) showed that the light saturation point is 1100 mol/(m2·s) , the light compensation point is 37.8mol/(m2·s), apparent quantity yields 0.0114μmol mol/(m2·s). The optimum application rates (mixed fertilizers) is 216 kg/hm2 in this test .
