沼气发酵微生物菌群的研究进展

【摘要】 随着以沼气为纽带的生态农业建设深入开展,沼气实用化应用技术的不断普及,使得提高沼气池的沼气产率具有重要意义。沼气发酵的影响因素有很多,微生物菌群的生理活动是不可忽略的因素。整个厌氧消化过程是一个产甲烷细菌和非产甲烷细菌相互作用、相互制约的动态平衡过程。本文通过详细分析沼气发酵的基本机理及其主要微生物菌群,论述了沼气发酵过程中微生物菌群对产沼气的影响。在长期的实验和生产实践中发现,提高沼气产量重要的不是产甲烷菌的继续富集,而是提高不产甲烷菌对有机物的水解速度,尤其是对纤维素的分解速度。因此,提出了水解性细菌、纤维素分解菌、白腐菌等在沼气发酵应用中,对提高沼气产率具有不可忽视的作用,对开发研制新型高效沼气促进剂具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Along with the development of ecoagricultre tied in with methane and the popularization of the methane’s practical application technology, it is great significant of advancing the aerogenic yield of biogas pond. There are many influencing factors during the fermentation of biogas. One of the influencing factors is physiological activity of microorganism bacteria-colony, which can’t be neglected. All anaerobic digestion process is dynamical equilibrium process, which includes an interaction between methane-producing bacteria and non-methane-producing bacteria. This article has analyzed the basic mechanism and main microorganism bacteria-colony during the fermentation of biogas, and elaborated the influence of microorganism bacteria-colony on the production of methane. It was discovered in the long-term experiment and practices that, to enhance the organic matter hydrolysis speed of non-methane-producing bacteria, especially to advance the cellulose decomposition rate, is more significant than the continual concentration of methane-producing bacteria to advance the aerogenic yield. Some kinds of bacteria, such as hydrolysis bacterium, cellulose-decomposing bacterium, white-rot fugi fungi, have a good effect to advance the methane yield rate, and they also will be significance to a highly effective new methane promoter.
