【摘要】 “农业立体污染”是一个全新的理念,也是山西省面临的一个重要的环境问题。山西地处黄土高原生态环境脆弱带,长期以煤炭为主的资源型经济发展加剧了生态环境的恶化。从工业“三废”、城镇生活垃圾、化肥、农药、农膜、畜禽粪便等方面阐述了山西省农业立体污染的现状,剖析了产生农业立体污染的原因,指出不合理的经济结构和大量使用农用化学品是山西农业立体污染的主要因素。此外,地理条件的限制、公众环保意识差、农村环保投入不足、农村环境执法力量薄弱等也是造成山西农业立体污染的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural tridimension pollution is a new concept. It is a serious environmental problem in the Shanxi province. Shanxi Province is located in loess plateau, a fragile area with regards to ecological environment. Over long time, coal-focused economic development has aggravated deterioration of its ecological environment. Current status of agricultural tridimension pollution in the province is discussed in terms of industrial wastes, rubbish from daily life, fertilizer, insecticides, mulching film and animal wastes. Analysis was made to find out causes of agricultural tridimension pollution. It is suggested that unreasonable economic structure and over-application of agro-chemicals are main sources of pollution. In addition, limited geographical conditions, poor awareness of environmental protection, insufficient input in environmental protection in rural areas and poor legal enforcement are also factors that lead to agricultural tridimension pollution in Shanxi province.更多还原
