复合厌氧折流板反应器-廊道式人工湿地生活污水处理系统COD去除特性研究

【摘要】 本文通过对采用复合厌氧折流板反应器-廊道式人工湿地(CABR-CCW)系统处理生活污水的试验数据进行分析阐述了CABR-CCW系统的COD去除特性。2006年4月到2007年1月的试验结果表明,CABR-CCW系统稳定运行后,HRT约为50h,夏秋季CODCr平均去除率为78.9%;在不改变日处理量的情况下,冬季CODCr平均去除率约56.6%。分析表明CABR-CCW系统对CODCr的去除60%左右依靠CABR,CCW的贡献率仅为40%左右,且冬季略有下降,但不显著。系统稳定运行后CABR-CCW对CODCr的去除量在相同温度水平基本趋于稳定,CODCr去除率与进水CODCr浓度呈负相关。CABR-CCW系统的脱碳效率受温度影响十分显著。

【Abstract】 The COD removal Characteristics of Combined Anaerobic Baffled Reactor-Corridor Constructed Wetland System(CABR-CCW) for Domestic Wastewater Treatment was expounded on its test data analysis in this article. The results show that the average removal rat of COD Cr of CABR-CCW was 78.9% in summer and autumn with the hydraulic retention time about 50 hours. While the average removal rat of COD Cr was 56.6% with the same actuate daily capacity. And the data reveal that about 60% of the removal of COD Cr depends on CABR; therefore the contribution of CCW was just about 30%, even lower in winter. Another discovery is the amount of COD Cr removal almost tends to stable at the same temperature level of water. And this causes the removal rat of COD Cr of CABR-CCW and the contents of COD Cr in wastewater to be negative correlation. What’s more, the data analysis show the effect of the temperature is notable to the efficiency of COD Cr removal.
