两种染料物质在三角帆蚌养殖水体的定量监测研究

【摘要】 本实验应用分光光度法对分散蓝2BLN和分散红E-4B在三角帆蚌水体中的含量进行了定量监测,研究了这些因子在三角帆蚌体内的沉积作用,以及不同的水样浓度对沉积作用的影响。实验结果表明:三角帆蚌对分散蓝2BLN、分散红E-4B均有一定的沉积作用,在持续处理30d后,能使水体中这些因子的量有明显的下降。其中:(1)分散蓝2BLN的沉积与水样浓度有关,在存活条件下,污染物浓度越大,沉积速度就越快,经过成对比较法做t检验,100mg·L-1组、200mg·L-1组差异达显著水平。(2)分散红E-4B在三角帆蚌体内沉积则是在一定的浓度范围内成正比关系,t检验显示200mg·L-1达到显著水平,100mg·L-1时达到极显著水平。实验结果说明三角帆蚌对印染水污染水体等有一定的净化作用,能够为水体污染的生物防治积累基础性数据。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, spectrophotography have been used to test the concentration of dispersing blue 2BLN ,dispersing red E-4B in the Hyriopsis Cumingii breeding water system, the different level of the two factors absorbed in the Hyriopsis Cumingii have been measured. The experimental shows that the disperse blue 2BLN and the disperse red E-4B can be absorbed in the Hyriopsis Cumingii. Dealing with these dosage thirty days continuously, the Hyriopsis Cumingii can absorb these factors obviously. (1) The depositting of disperse blue 2BLN have relation to the density of water sample, the higher density the pollutant water have , the faster the deposit speed to be. With the T-statistics, the result shows that the test of 100 mg.L -1 and 200 mg.L -1 have remarkable difference with the test of 25 mg.L -1 .(2) The disperse red E-4B absorbed in Hyriopsis Cumingii is correlate with some given density of the original water samples.the test of 200 mg.L -1 also have remarkable difference with the test of 25 mg.L -1 ,and the test of 100 mg.L -1 have the most remarkable difference. The experiment proved the Hyriopsis Cumingii can purify the polluted water moderately,and can be used as the biological indicator of the water pollution.
