百除在水稻上的残留行为研究
Residue Dynamics of Baichu EC in Rice

【摘要】 为了评价百除(10%精噁禾.氰氟乳油)在水稻上使用后的消解与残留行为及环境安全性,采用高效液相色谱分析技术,对百除在水稻上的消解与残留进行了研究。结果表明:1)精噁唑禾草灵和氰氟草酯在稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的消解均符合一级动力学方程Ct=C0e-kt;2)精噁唑禾草灵在稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的半衰期分别为3.51d、1.63d和2.14d;3)氰氟草酯在稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的半衰期分别为3.18d、1.61d和2.06d;4)在推荐使用剂量下,百除中两种有效成分在糙米、稻草和土壤中的残留量均小于最大允许残留限量。
【Abstract】 A HPLC method was carried out to evaluate the degradation behavior and environmental safety of Baichu (10 % fenoxaprop-P-ethyl.cyhalofop-butyl EC) in rice. The results indicated that: 1) the degradation of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and cyhalofop-butyl in paddy water, soil and rice plant all were accordance with the one-level dynamic equation C t =C 0 e-kt; 2) the half-life of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl in paddy water, soil and rice plant were 3.51 d, 1.63 d and 2.14 d; 3) the half-life of cyhalofop-butyl in paddy water, soil and rice plant were 3.18 d, 1.61 d and 2.06 d; 4) when Baichu was applied in recommended dose, residues of the two effective components both were lower than MRL.
