通风条件下土著微生物修复油污染现场土壤研究

【摘要】 选取天津塘沽地区某地作为油污染生物通风修复试验基地。在为期三个多月的时间段中对现场进行轻质油模拟污染及土著微生物驯化,考察了这一过程中该地区土壤无机及有机环境。该地区5月至8月期间气温在20-35℃之间,土壤平均含水量为0.2689,pH值在7.5-8.0之间。微生物含量在注入污染物及营养盐后先下降后回升,驯化后期细菌密度达E+07(个.g-1干土)数量级。结果表明,该地区土壤环境适适宜微生物法进行轻质油污染修复。

【Abstract】 This paper chose a site in Tianjin area as the Bioventing remediation experiment base. Light-oil stimulant pollution and domestication of aboriginal animalcule were done in more than3 months to the chosen ground. During this period, inorganic and organic soil factors of this ground are studied. Temperature of this area during May to August is between 20-35℃. Average of water content is 0.2689. pH value is 7.5~8.0. The quantity of aboriginal animalcule went down sharply after pouring contamination into the ground and then rose gradually to its original number which is E+07 (unit.g-1 dry soil). The result shows that Bioventing method is feasible to field oil pollution remediation with this kind of soil condition.
