EDTA、柠檬酸对向日葵吸收重金属Cd-Ni的影响
Effects of EDTA and Citric Acid on Absorption of Cd-Ni Contaminated Soil

【摘要】 通过不同浓度的EDTA和柠檬酸对土壤进行处理,强化向日葵修复Cd-Ni复合污染土壤的盆栽试验,分析了向日葵根部和地上部中Cd、Ni的含量,探讨EDTA和柠檬酸进入土壤后对Cd、Ni吸收和运输的影响。试验结果表明:采用向日葵对Cd-Ni复合污染土壤进行修复时,EDTA为2.5mmol·kg-1时,向日葵提取镉的总量达到最大值,EDTA一次加入5.0mmol·kg-1时,向日葵提取镍的总量达到最大值;柠檬酸加入5.0mmol·kg-1时,向日葵提取镉的总量达到最大值。柠檬酸分两次加入10.0mmol·kg-1时,向日葵提取镍的总量达到最大值。
【Abstract】 The possibility to clean heavy metal contaminated soils with hyperaccumulator plants has shown great potential. One of the most recently studied species used in phytoremediation applications are sunflowers. In this study, one cultivars of Helianthus annuus was used in conjunction with ethylene diamine tetracetic acid (EDTA) and citric acid (CA) as chelators. Four different concentrations of the chelators were studied for enhancing the uptake and translocation of Cd, and Ni from soil. When2.5 mmol.kg-1 EDTA or5.0 mmol.kg-1 CA was used, the highest total cadium uptake was 190.4 μg.pot-1 or178.3 μg.pot-1 . When5.0 mmol.kg-1 EDTA or10.0 mmol.kg-1 CA was used, the highest total nickel uptake was 256.9 μg.pot-1 or254.5 μg.pot-1 .
